Specific introduction
The titanium anode used for copper extraction from etching solution is an efficient and durable electrochemical material, mainly used in the electrolytic recovery of copper from etching waste liquid in industries such as PCB and electronics. Its core is composed of a titanium metal substrate and a surface active coating, which has the following advantages:
1. Strong corrosion resistance: The titanium substrate has excellent stability in acidic etching solutions (such as copper sulfate and copper chloride systems), avoiding the dissolution pollution problem of traditional lead/graphite anodes.
2. Efficient catalytic coating: The surface is coated with a mixed layer of precious metal oxides such as iridium and ruthenium, which significantly reduces the overpotential of oxygen evolution, improves current efficiency (up to 95% or more), and reduces energy consumption.
3. Long life design: The special coating process ensures that the anode has a lifespan of over 2 years, reducing the frequency of replacement.
4. Environmental and economic benefits: The electrolysis process does not require the addition of reducing agents, and the purity of copper recovery is greater than 99.9%. At the same time, it reduces the cost of hazardous waste liquid treatment and achieves resource recycling.
Suitable for continuous electrolysis equipment, it is widely used in fields such as micro etching solution regeneration and copper foil recycling, with dual value of green process and economic benefits.
